What is a Band Booster?
Coldwater Band Boosters is an independent 501(c)(3) corporation whose mission is to promote and financially support the instrumental music programs of Coldwater Schools to encourage students to attain the highest level of musical achievement!
But wait, what do you really do? The Band Boosters is a group of parents, guardians, and community members that support all bands, 5th through 12th grade, at all Coldwater Community Schools. We provide volunteers for events such as 50/50 raffle ticket sales, parade walkers, equipment movers, uniform fitters and chaperones just to name a few. We also supply the bands with needed items like water, uniforms, music and even instruments. In recent years we have purchased many uniforms, instruments, music and a band trailer through our fundraising efforts and community donations.
How do I get involved? It is really easy! Just send us an email below, grab us at an event or better yet, come to a meeting! We meet the second Wednesday of every month from August through May at 6:15pm in the High School Band Room.
